RE: Justice for Dr. Randeep Singh Mann – in that

1. Compel the Department of Justice (Attorney General, Office of Inspector General, Federal Bureau of Investigations, Office of Professional Responsibility, or Internal Affairs – Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives) to investigate and address the egregious and unlawful conduct of the Federal LE Officials or in the alternative
2. Pardon, Commutation or Reduction of Sentence

Dear President of the United States – Donald J. Trump / Pardon Attorney,

I / we are forwarding this petition to you on behalf and in support of a friend and colleague of ours, Dr. Randeep Singh Mann.

As you are aware, Randeep has been incarcerated now since 2009. He has exhibited exhaustive due diligence in fighting his case tooth and nail, through the appellate process to no avail, never being able to garner as much as a hearing so as to permit a ruling on the merits on facts that were not presented to the Jury at time of trial.

Having gone through some salient features of his prosecution by the them President Obama’s Department of Justice it is more than glaringly evident there are a plethora of facts that are amiss and ones that just do not add up to make any logical sense.

It is overtly apparent upon reviewing the record that:

1. The evidence used by the Government to obtain its search warrant against Randeep, deny him bond, convict him, sentence him to a life sentence, deny his Direct Appeal, Supreme Court Certiorari and Post Conviction Relief (PCR) – the box that contained the 98 40mm HE grenades – was fabricated and planted by the Federal LE officials and or their confederates, all consistent with a “Fraud On The Courts”.
2. That the Trial and Appellate Courts have gone out of their way to cover up and immunize the criminal conduct of the Federal LE Officials, paradoxically even going as far as terming the fabricated and planted evidence as being “overwhelming evidence of his guilt”.
3. That the Government Officials – both Prosecutors and Federal LE Officials – in order to get the indictment and conviction of Randeep not only fabricated the evidence that was the cornerstone of their case, but suborned perjured evidence, threatened, and bribed witnesses on numerous occasions both in front of the Grand Jury and Petit Jury.
4. That the government (ATF and EOUSA) to date, even 18 years later continue by the own admission to withhold 75,000 to 100,000 documents related to Randeep's case – that's with the entire pretrial discovery was approximately 2000 pages – on the grounds that the case is “still open”. This is the surreptitious withholding of exculpatory documents in violation of Brady and Giglio, so as to cover up the criminal conduct of the federal law enforcement, that's federal law enforcement officials – documents that Randeep ought to have received prior to heading into trial. He is currently in litigation, Randeep S Mann versus ATF, and EOUSA, 1:25-cv-01805 (Judge: Carl J Nichols), to compel a disclosure of the aforementioned documents.

President Trump, Sir, you have been a target of Federal Officials – both Judges and Prosecutors and know first-hand that the legal system is not merely infallible but outright corrupt at times, where the means are fabricated and tailored to get to the ends – a conviction at all cost. If the Government could wreck their vengeance on you time and time again – given your power, stature, financial power, and standing in society – who is Randeep, a mere physician in comparison?

The United States of America, the strongest Nation and the sole Super Power on the globe touts as having the best legal system in the world – one that is emulated by all – which prides in its Justice system being blind and equal for all irrespective of all variables, showing no biases, favorites, or prejudices. Yet it is a blasphemy that cases such as yours and Randeep's still permeate the system.

Sir, you are in a position to oversee all acts of the Department of Justice – both past and present – to right any and all wrongs that even the Courts would loathe to do on order to maintain their facade of being the most omnipotent authority, the forbearers of justice and all that stems from it. The appointees for life that brag on being the “most powerful individuals in the United States” that “answer to no one”.

However, you Sir are in a God sent position to oversee even that and to see wrongs righted and justice meted. I / we would be eternally grateful if you could give our friend and colleague Randeep what the past 18 years of languishing in a Federal prison could not – a chance to have the blatantly "clear and convincing" facts of his case looked at and addressed, starting with the outrageous conduct of Federal LE Officials and leading to – if you deem it to be – granting him a Pardon, Clemency or a commutation of his Sentence.

For your even giving Randeep's case an iota of thought and consideration, we owe you a debt of gratitude. You will never find us lacking in any way. God bless you Sir.
